Construction Technology
● It comes with a dedicated sealing primer and water-based polyurethane topcoat. It is recommended to use our company's series of products from primer to topcoat. The spray gun used for construction should be from our company.
Before formal spraying, experimental spraying should be conducted first according to different coating decorative effects to confirm the pressure and the nozzle diameter of the spray gun. If it is considered that the viscosity of the coating is too high, a special stone-like paint accessory should be used to dilute it to ensure uniform spraying. The pressure, diameter of the spray gun and the viscosity of the coating will all affect the actual effect. The special topcoat must be applied only after the intermediate coat is completely dry; otherwise, it will affect the film-forming performance of the topcoat and the overall construction effect. It is recommended to apply the topcoat by spraying.


Construction Precautions
Roman Columns, Windows and decorative lines are made with two-component putty powder for exterior walls.
Two coats of stone-like paint primer should be applied. The special sealing paint for stone-like paint must not be missed. If the stone-like paint primer is applied by spraying, it should be sprayed evenly and the amount of water added for thinning should be consistent.
· Grid line description: Design specifications based on the height and width of the wall, and rationally divide the lines. After dividing the lines, apply water-based black paint and then stick on special tape.
When applying the intermediate coat of the stone-like paint, a spray gun should be used. It is recommended to spray a small sample first before large-scale spraying. After the intermediate coat is sprayed, the adhesive tape should be removed immediately.
If a rough surface effect is to be achieved during construction, a layer of granite relief bone slurry should be sprayed.

The temperature should not be lower than 8°C, and the relative humidity should not exceed 85%. It is not advisable to carry out the operation in rainy, snowy or high-temperature weather.
The storage environment should not be lower than 5° C. If it is higher than 40°C, it should be placed in a cool place.
